Your tasks:
- Implementation of supplier audits and process analyzes VDA 6.3.
- Initial sampling process for individual parts according to VDA 2.
- Coordination of test methods, test equipment and test characteristics as part of advance quality planning.
- Process execution of FMEAs.
- Planning and ongoing adjustment of incoming goods inspection.
- Analysis of the quality situation, initiation and follow-up of measures to stabilize and continuously improve supplier and product quality, including complaint follow-up
- Control of defective parts and products.
- Implementation of internal audits and participation in improving the quality management system according to ISO/TS 16949.
- Assisting in handling customer complaints and initiating and tracking improvement actions with a focus on supplier quality.
- Participation in the initial sampling process and approval process for products as well as in the development and improvement of packaging for individual parts and products.
- Participation in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and reporting of quality data.
Your profile:
- University degree in a relevant field, state-certified technician or similar qualification.
- First professional experience in the field of quality assurance, especially in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Good written and spoken communication in German and English.
- Structured and forward-looking way of working with own initiative.
- Assertiveness and very good self-organization.
- High self-motivation, goal-oriented way of working and commitment.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
